If you want to grow and get to know yourself better but you are so overwhelmed and don't know where to start, try to start with a tiny step every day.
Change one thought (that includes that you are aware of your thoughts) and see how you and the world react on it. Listen to your words and make sure they are still up to date. It doesn't matter where you start, but reflect on something tiny every day.
Look in the mirror consciously, breath consciously, talk consciously, listen to your inner voices consciously, write down ideas and goals and be aware of yourself. Start with something easy and keep going to be with yourself. In one year from now, you will see the difference of your personal growth.
